Program Payment:

Payment in full by credit card is required at the time of registration for all CYO Programs.

Program Refund:

If a registration for a CYO program is canceled by a guardian before the program begins, one of the following refund options may be requested:

1.  A check refund of the registration fee, minus a $10-$25 processing fee.

2. A credit for the entire registration fee, which will be applied to the family's account and may be used for up to two years, for any family member, for any future CYO program.

Any other request for a refund is handled on a case-by-case basis.
